yeah new news on Bad James, we "auditioned" at this jam session in deerfield at this club, and the owner really liked us and is letting us use his club sundays after closing for practice, which has a 20,000 dollar sound system. yeah. and hes going to help perfect our stage act. He says in hopefully a month or two we're going to be opening for bands weekly, which is awesome. to bad they card. cant get my epople there without their rents.

so today was probably one of the sickest jam sessions ive played at, Z-Bo came and rapped/sang/danced at band practice tonight, shit was raw, we did Red House, Billie Jean, Onda, Can't Always Get What You Want, some shit we made up, Lets Get It On, and Wild Thing. Basically it was hella fun, zach is gunna talk to Mr. Krause and get something hooked up for arts week and i think zach is comin back next week when harrison and lucas are coming i think, horn section w zach rappin with Bad James killin it, holy balls.

yeah so its thursday, i have off from school for a four day weekend, and im bored. what i do, i gather up dan and jake(tj couldnt cuz of foot surgery:( ). AND WE GO AND ROCK THE UNION! we dominated open mic, we did dans orignal song and red house by jimi hendrix, everyone really liked dans song and when i was soloing on red house people were gettin into it, they were beatin on tables with the beat and yellin stuff like PLAY THE BLUES!, YEAAAAH!,WOOOO!.... shit like that. it was a good time, the lady who hosts it said we were the best band there by far and thanked us for being the only band that got the crowd amped.

so yeah ACT's sucked. Anyways saturday was ok after the ACT's, chilled with tj at michael's frozen custard, then slept all day. Then i woke up at like 8, called james, travis was voer for like an hour, then james arrived, then we chilled and played pool, then we went to the union where a latin reggae band was playin. They were cool, i saw a bunch of people there then i called aaron down and me, james, and aaron chilled. Then today tj came over and we ajmmed and drove around.

so last thursday i went to see robert randolph and the family band, IT RULED, almost as good as buddy guy. They played til 1 a.m and did a lot of cool things. They all switched instruments, brought all the ladies onstage for a song, let 2 random kids out of the crowd and play guitar with them, which sucked....cuz i wanted to play with them. Also, its official Dan Putnam is the singer/keyboardist of Vinny D and The Overtones. Yeah we had practcie today and he sang and stuff, so its settled.

christmas was good too me, i got 265 dollars and some cds, clothes and cologne. Spend 100 yesterday on a used compressor pedal, strings, picks, new microphone so hopefully it wont cut out when the band records again. Yeah the band went shopping, first we went to drums n moore so tj could sell his old shit and buy a new snare drum, which he did and even i say its tight as shit, his new heads and cymabls r raw too. After that we went to good n loud where i picked up the stuff i talked about earlier, then we went to best buy where i biught the microphone and aaron bought some blank cds and cases for when we record. Today i went to the mall with travis but didnt buy anything.

Tomorrow is los lonely boys, its fixin to be a good time . Me josh dabid and aaron r goin. Im gunna yell play some STEVIE RAY the whole time. if he can play scuttle buttin'....i'll crap my pants. it'll be like hey josh i just dropped a load. It should be a good time. But god damn, i gotta fix my guitar. i gotta get it intoned, i know how to its just a pain in the ass, i gotta spend like an hour basicaly tuning it, but using the bridge to get it exactly in tune so it doesnt go out of tune when i play high on the neck. Takes forever , fooooooooooooooooooreeeeeeeeverr.

so yeahumm i will not say what is happening today cuz everytime i do it gets jinxed and doesnt happen so there. but yesterday tj was over and again brittany backed out of chillin but it was understandable. then i had my baseball game againsts aaron's team, which we royally kicked their ass 12 to 1. Plus i got a hit off aaron, HA HA that bastard.8 DAYS TIL DARKNESS part II since i already went to a darkness concert, so let the rawness commence. idk whos going with me , im hoping for aaron tj n josh but idk if i can get that many in one car.i need to talk to my mom about this.Maybe she will understand how people need to see the concert.

yesterday was ok til i got sick and so i stayed home today.....its the aerosmith concert today which would rule if i wasnt sick, im startin to feel better but still. the dude from 101.5 rules, earlier he was saying how he dont give a shit about that show Friends leaving and some lady called in bitchin at him and he was like i dont care and if thats the most important thing in your like u need to get some friends, pretty damn funny, well thats all for today
